Many women realize that their environment (work, home or even in the form of fsmily or friends) will not work well for pregnancy or having children and that it must change in order to become happier. This is the case for Kateryna this week as we dive into her work life, which she finds stressful and uncreative. In this episode I help Kateryna release shame, guilt, body issues, and problems around food. In order to stop the generational patterns from being passed down one generation after another we must understand our limitations and belief systms. This is critical in pregnancy and motherhood because everything you think and feel will program your child in the womb. Kateryna understands this and has committed to publicly show her journey of awakening and her process of becoming pregnant so that other women can learn how to clear themselves physically, emotionally and spiritually before conception. This will not only change Kateryna’s life, but it will also ultimately affect her children and their destiny. This week our focus was on body image, self-esteem, and food. In this episode Kateryna was asked to look into personal issues she has around the appearance of her body and relationship with eating. She was asked to fill out a questionnaire, which didn’t seem concerning, until a situation at work occurred making her feel insecure and guilty. We worked through these emotions and spoke about how to improve her diet.

During pregnancy, everything you think, feel, and experience is passed on to your child through the womb. This period is crucial to developing a magical and intelligent individual, and your role is to remain in harmony and balance in order to provide the child with belief systems built on respect, appreciation, and love. If you settled into a daily meditation practice before conceiving, pregnancy is a time to go deeper and expand into greater gratitude and connection. In this episode I talk about why it is important to be ready for pregnancy and discuss some of the important things you can do for your body before this period. I then go into the reasons that specific days and times of the pregnant are important in terms of what Yogi Bhajan, the Master of Kundalini Yoga taught. Yogi Bhajan taught that the soul enters the body on the one hundred and twentieth day in the womb and that between this day and the seveneth month the fundamental personality of the child is built. I teach you what you can do to optimize this period of pregnancy and specific ways to connect to your baby to create a strong bond.

Kateryna is a 32 year-old woman who is ready to become pregnant. She has agreed to share her journey into conscious motherhood publicly and we will see how she works on her body, mind and spirit weekly. This is the first episode of many where Kateryna will expose her journey of conscious conception and motherhood each step of the way. Welcome to episode one! You will be introduced to me, Chelsea Wiley, and learn a little bit about my background has a health professional and why I wrote the book Mystical Motherhood. It is my goal to help you create a happy and conscious family. In this episode, I go directly into teaching you about nutrition. Did you know that 74% of American women are lacking the proper nutrients in their diet and that our diet has changed more over the last 50 years than the last 1000 years on earth. This is a huge problem! We are no longer eating in accordance to our ancestors and the high amount of toxins and lack of minerals is going to drastically affect coming generations. I am here to help you learn how to clean up your diet and boost your nutrients, especially before pregnancy. Food is a language - like a code to your cells. We need to know where our food comes from and trace it back in time the original source. When you eat clean and healthy you connect to your neocortex or the place in your brain that is filled with creativity and inspiration. When you tend towards eating low energy food you are working from your limbic system – where fight flight takes place. I will teach you what to eat and what not to eat. I will also teach you why sugar and vegetable oil are detrimental to your system, especially during pregnancy. This episode is all about cleaning up your diet, eliminating toxins, and boosting your nutirtional value before each pregnancy.

Conscious Conception is not a commonly understood in our society. In this episode, I teach you exactly what it means. You will learn why it is important to create a meditation practice before pregnancy and the benefits of continuing this into motherhood. The morning time is a great time to set your day off right. I will teach you why starting your day with meditation will change your life. You will also learn how to communicate with your baby before conception and during pregnancy, specific questions or concerns to discuss with your partner, and how to look deeper into the relationship you have with yourself and others. These are all critical concepts when it comes to creating a happy and conscious family. The most important concepts you must understand regarding conscious conception is that it takes a significant amount of mental, emotional, and spiritual preparation and that pregnancy is something you should absolutely not take on if you are not fully ready. People all over the world are procreating, but as we can see, not much has improved. This is why conscious conception is so important, and if you are reading this and prepared to do the work, you could change the planet.
