Most of humanity is lacking self-love and connection to the heart. The way that each person deals with this is different and is based on their conditioning from childhood.The process of healing these wounds is an alchemical transformation that changes your life forever.

The subconscious mind holds all your memories, events, patterns, and beliefs that you may not even know exist. When these are not released, they will overflow to other parts of our lives, creating neurosis, obsessions, depression, or negativity. When you are so full and heavy, you can’t help but repeat the same mistakes, thought patterns, or language throughout your life. This is why releasing negative thoughts, generational patterns, and belief systems is so important. It is also the reason you should start a meditation practice.
